We'll see how it goes once you replace likely the best coach in today's game with Arne Blackjack from the Netherlands.

Lidlpool just needs to invest more money! That's the key to it all!

Cute and funny that i wouldn't even have to participate on this as you are trolling against yourself 😄

On day Klopp is GOAT and another Pool just hasn't spend enough. One day everything is handled with money and another gambling on Slot, which definitely ain't most costly option, is wrong too.

What comes to Klopp, he is good of creating entertaining and in long run winning tactics (which to me means more than just winning trophies) but surely he is lacking some areas like adaptibility, rotating enough that good run holds through 95-100% of season and maybe some psyching too as often we haven't seen best Pool when it was needed.

Slot (if he is the man) might be epic fail or not, i don't know enough to even try to speculate on it, but in the end Pool didn't sack Klopp, it was his own choice so new manager has to be found anyhow and when markets don't have any "sure thing" managers available i don't consider Slot as bad option. Actually quite opposite, interesting to see how things turn out after Klopp. Like said he had long and quite succesful period already and thanks to him Pool is back where it should be (imo) but now is actually quite good time to see what other manager can offer, don't expect that Klopp would have brought anything new even if he would have stayed.

Lidlpool just needs to get rid of Klopp!

    Totally agree 👍 😄

If he would have been at Bayern or BVB and achieved only one league title in 8 years he would have been sacked already 7 times. Pool gave him fair chance, did ok, could have been lot better.

Wasn't there some lesbian resistance side plot as well?

That i find went well with the story as ss-chief wanted other lesbian and other one was who he was after to arrest but

And the captain banging some black dancer (at least female) in New York?

this was one thing i didn't get at all what was the point. Majority of season 2, or was it 3, they built their love story up just to end it the way it ended (don't want to spoil too much if someone wants to watch it). I expected something epic but outcome was quite a anticlimax.

  4. Just finished das boot series. Weirdest thing, i spotted one episode on our tv and got the feeling have i seen this already. Started to watch it on stream and through first two seasons i was positive i've seen it before but no recollection about the story so got little bit worried is alzheimer kicking in or what. Who knows, maybe i've watched it shitfaced sometime as series ain't newest new. From third season on i knew that i haven't watched it all the way through thou.

Anyways, i think it was good. Kept me interested all the way to end. Didn't like all side plots, some of them were built through many episodes just to be end like running to a wall without no greater meaning. Characters i did enjoy, they were complex and controversy enough to keep things interesting. Not the greatest great but solid 8/10 and worth to watch imo. Might throw extra + for some nice hooters in there too 🤭

Let's be honest, the media has no clue, they're just trying to generate clicks. If it turns out to be Rangnick, my opinion is the same compared to when he joined ManU: He's not a coach for these clubs near the top.

Very well can be clickbaiting but then again if we look recent times decision making of Bayern it don't sound that strange.

I would love Bayern to win cl, Tommy out and Ralf in. Improvement how?

In the end Tommy didn"t do exceptionally bad, they are heading for over 70 points, second in league and semis in cl. With similar points they have won titles earlier, those seasons just didn't have competition like this.

To be fair Ralf didn't fail totally either with ManU, other managers have done worse like Ten inch this season and Austria has played very well at least resultwise. But still i am amazed with their train of thought of how to run the club, if everything else than league title leads to manager being sacked (often middle of season) then i can't expect Ralf to last long. If they want long term manager that can develop team in semi peace, don't know if Ralf is right guy for that either.

Anyways, popcorn stuff, the crazier the better 😄

  6. Once again Kai upfront, Arse max 1 goals. Too bad Palmer is sick, Chelsea could have made this real match but now it is less likely... Although they have secret weapon at bench, lets see if Mauri is brave enough to release him to kick Arses  #Fintowin

Edit & correction: max one in first 10 minutes 😂 Ok, max one more and Tauriainen hat-trick to help PoolScreenshot_20240423-2155382.thumb.png.13bd9e0ce6b7057855cb451f29b338d4.png

  7. Imo the price is now displayed in worst possible position being under cards. If you are multitabling with phone it is often quite hard to keep up which table has which price. Lots of empty space there where to put it (1,2,3), could be even shown beside cards in sidebar (4)

(Beer to first who can remember just by colours what was multiplier)

  8. Yeah, he didn't win 4th round

    Screenshot_20240421-0931582.png.7e6a92ae5203a25ff278d56d983d3902.png

and on top of that odds suggest it is bet where Garcia should have won whole match in 4th round, not just that one round, in order bet to be won.

I'm not boxing bettor but that it is how it looks to me.

    And what really happened?

"The official record of Finnegan’s death on the Department of Defense (DOD) website for the Defense PoW/MIA Accounting Agency states that he and two other men failed to emerge after the crash.

“For unknown reasons, this plane was forced to ditch in the ocean off the north coast of New Guinea. Both engines failed at low altitude, and the aircraft’s nose hit the water hard. Three men failed to emerge from the sinking wreck and were lost in the crash. One crew member survived and was rescued by a passing barge. An aerial search the next day found no trace of the missing aircraft or the lost crew members,” it states."

Could dems just find new candidate and let old man rest finally???

Someone should tell these boomers that it's not the smartest idea to extend your coaches before a tournament.

I think it was good call. Now that they announced engagement for two more years Nagel is less likely to get any date calls for awhile and all the focus with nt. How bad can they play compared to recent past final tournys and even if play ain't top notch what would be alternative? Kloppo maybe but if he keeps his word he ain't available for at least a year.

Nourinho took a step closer to Bayern??? 🫠

Pool started well today and I thought they could well still do it. But wasn't to be.

I cant help but think that by resting Mo, Diaz and few others on the first leg, they threw away both trophies ( Europa & Premier league ). Wouldn't be the first time a team rests key players on a "less significant match", gets their ass kicked, morale takes a hit, and then they duck up their main target also.

Was that the case here and would they have beaten Palace & Atalanta, we will never know, but I wouldn't rule that out.... :classic_cool:

Ah, breath of fresh air between all the trolls 😄

Agree, and what kind of resting is it anyways if you panic at half time and bring in big guns anyway? They could have easily started 1st leg with best(ish) squad and re-estimate situation as match went on. In perfect scenario match could have been 3-0 at ht, do rotation, get rest to big guns and one foot at semifinals. Or could have been draw or even 0-3, again time to do decisions, keep big guns on field with something that possibly ain't working that night, to do rotation or trust the system and continue as it is with knowledging that top guns might not be as fresh in next match.

Oh well, second guessing is pretty useless but not first time (but very well can be last) i have wondered Kloppo's logic behind squad selection and playing times of individuals.

If rumours are legit, Liverpool is filled with love next season with Mr Amor(im) takes over 🥰

Honestly, total question mark for me but eager to see what he (or whoever it might be) can bring to squad and can he turn all the almosts to actual trophies...

we educated people call that a Pyrrhic victory

I don't quite follow what you have lost? Chance to fire Edin cause he has done better than expected? 😄

Even that don't make much sense cause potential new managers are very limited.

The funniest part is that 3 of the 4 English teams in the UCL have been eliminated by German teams

Dunno what is funny in that? Like i said multiple times, play offs are format of its own. Ancelotti seem to be master to get his team on top performance when needed even if they play ain't top notch and they seem to be "lucky" over and over again. With all the shit we give to Tommy T in long run, he too seem to be pretty good at it, as Mourinho also. On the contrary Arteta, Klopp and even Pep often failing when things get tough.

    rejects (Dier, Maatsen, Sancho)

All loanees, and Dier only as considered as pure reject (for a reason), latter ones getting playtime instead of sitting at bench.
