Can confirm that this is correct :)

Unfortunately it doesn't seem that the ticket is going to be added to your account @daddy. You did indeed lose €20 on Monday the 12th, but on Wednesday the 14th you played a few hands and won €1.19, ending the week in -€18,81 - just out of range for a double trouble ticket.
