Additionally:

1) I am no going to miss the cut off to reach level 6 on the unibet loyalty programme as I believe the ends tonight. I was planning on playing until i reached it. 

2) I am registered to the unibet open freeroll (from the rewards system). I believe this is on the 3rd Oct. At this rate, I will be missing that too.

After 7ish years (maybe more) I have been asked to verify my unibet account again, which is fine if it was done in a timely manner. 

I sent the required document within an hour of the email.

I am now on my 5th day of waiting. 

I have emailed support 3 times but with fairly pointless answers of 'not too much longer.'

Not too much longer than what? I have never had a problem on Unibet and really enjoy playing here. However this side of customer support is not great. If it's as simple as cross-checking an address on the document I sent with the address you have on file, I just don't understand why it is taking so long. 

I really would like to continue to play here, but at this stage I'm getting quite frustrated.

Please could you look in to this for me.

Will be playing a mixture of things with no real bankroll management.

But I guess NL10 will prob be the thing I'll play the most.

As I have a lot of free time on my hands now, I thought I'd do a small challenge. I've got till the end of the month to turn this 100 to something more than 100. 

Will probably fail.

Hi earlier there was a problem a few people experienced with logging in. 

Had a white screen with error message.

Managed to log in after a few mins and opened 3 tables of 25 PLO.

2 of them said error 3 (at least i think it was error 3) 

Then the 50eurs from those 2 tables never went back into my balance
