@Patric-Unibet I won a 50e ticket from a satellite and I just realized it locks me in a track for seat only satellites. Even if I would exchange it to 5*10e tickets those tickets cannot be used for the satellites that lead to package satellites. I asked the customer services if anything can be done and it seems like I'm locked on this track. I feel this is rather unfair as the satellite didn't specify that it locks me in the seat only track. It isn't a huge deal in the monetary sense, I likely entered it because there was some overlay and most likely it won't matter because I won't win the package but I'm somewhat unhappy because I feel misled. Would it be possible to either add exchangers to get 50e tickets swapped to 2*25e tickets, or add satellites where you can win a 250e ticket with 50e tickets instead of just with 25e tickets? Or if it is intentional policy to have seperate paths (might make sense that Unibet prefers seat only satellites if your goal is to fill the event) it would be nice if the satellites would let the player know that the satellites only lead to seat only events.
