It isn't a huge deal in the monetary sense, I likely entered it because there was some overlay and most likely it won't matter because I won't win the package but I'm somewhat unhappy because I feel misled. Would it be possible to either add exchangers to get 50e tickets swapped to 2*25e tickets, or add satellites where you can win a 250e ticket with 50e tickets instead of just with 25e tickets? Or if it is intentional policy to have seperate paths (might make sense that Unibet prefers seat only satellites if your goal is to fill the event) it would be nice if the satellites would let the player know that the satellites only lead to seat only events.

If you have a 50 EUR ticket, whether it's for UO or UK Tour, you will be able to use it for package qualifiers. For UO you can qualify for a 250 EUR ticket and use it in our Sunday qualifier, for UK Tour you can use a 50 EUR ticket on Saturdays to have a chance to win a 500 EUR UK Tour package.

Let me know, if I'm missing something.

 Yes... you are missing something. Some people dont see the point of seat only packages.... I am disabled and the cost of getting to one of your live events is more than I could reasonably expect to win.

Why cant these tickets be transferred to standard MTT tickets.

Well.... that was a real mess up.... I entered €1 bounty and the freefoll.... I get knocked out of the €1 and noticed another €1. I went to enter it but I ended up in a tournament with 2x 100 tickets I thought that was fantastic for €1 I was doing well then hit some bad breaks and finallg fizzled out.... then I noticed €10 had gone from my acc.....    GGGGGRRRRRRRR I wont be playing these games again.... too confusing with them all starting at same time and only a few mins to prepare.

Will I be able to play in the freeroll? I was affected in a way.... I only saw it because it was an hour later....  When do we get the passwords for tonight?

I worked out a solution last night...

If I enter a big money tournament with my uo ticket then the server crashes I get my uo ticket converted into cash

I was in the universe €10,000,000 I was on the final table and was chip leader with 50% of the chips......

Is the compensation just going to be automatically calculated and put in our accounts or are we going to get some notification via email?

I dont think its a phone issue maybe connection issues. I have noticed it happens mainly when there has been a long delay before log in screen comes up and also between actually signing on and the lobby displaying. I would advise your dev people to check if background processes are timing out.

I have a problem getting in sometime... long delay then when finally in it shows everything except toutnaments... I hit the button fot hex and it shows them... same with sit and go but tournaments never show. I have to close and reopen. I have also had the problem when it pops up the message about applicstion stopped working.

Is there anything I can do with these tickets... I am unable to travel to live games.... I have a €50 now... I keep trying to lose on the last payout position to get cash but I keep winning higher tickets or going out on the bubble. Its a tricky thing to do. Why cant you exchange UO to normal MTT tickets.... I would even accept 1/2 face value!!

This is a problem in all online poker rooms... its a pain in the rear.... timebank is supposed to be for emergencies... allow it to be used only if they are disconnected. As a programmer I can think of a few ways to check if they have lost thwir connection ie.. if they are responding on other tables.. od ping them.

Why do most freerolls give tickets to the unibet open or uk tour or some other event. Why cant they just be general MTT tickets so winners can choose what to enter?
