It said and says that max players is 2500 but registration is off after 1500 players. Now I have a useless ticket in my inventory :(

I received my 5 euro ticket that got washed out in the 4k Low Leaderboard due to login failure. That was a quick resolve. Thanks a lot @Stubbe-Unibet .

Would love to get this issue fixed soon. Unibet is a great platform. Hope the miscreants get dealt with.

I was able to login now but my stack went from about 25 BB to 2 BB. This is unacceptable. I need a refund for my 5 Euro ticket.

Now I cant keep trying to login for the next hour while I am being blinded out. Harsh

This so frustrating. Bought into Low Leaderboard for 5 euro. I keep disconnecting and logging out. After a million login attempts, this is the screen I am seeing.. Sad. Should not have allowed to play if the issue wasnt fixed.

I may be wrong. But in the Tournament cancellation policy, it is mentioned that you will be refunded both the entry and the rebuy/addon fees.

I have been noticing this for a while now. I have noticed in the past that my Unibet Balance did decrease by a few euros randomly. I used to believe that it must have been an error at my end that I forgot about a buyin. But today it happened again and I am missing around 2-3 euros from my account. I checked my history and cant figure out when I used that money. Hence I am worried. There should be a place to see where my balance was last used. Please look into my account regarding this.
