    Case was resolved a couple of days after your post. Apologies it took a bit longer than advertised, but the documents were reviewed relatively swiftly, there was just a lot of back and forth. Will look into whether CS were clear enough when communicating the requirements to you.

    Known issue which been there for quite a while, but it's very rare that it happens with so few players left (usually when there's 150-80 or so). Very high on the backlog, so hopefully we've soon got a fix for it :)

    All of these should be solved with the new tour monitor protocol. Marking it as fixed, but note that it hasn't been enabled for everyone yet as there're still some issues we'll need to fix.
