table reminder green notification

Anyone else experienced this one?

I have all my tables open, restarted the client, clicked on it but it still blinks...

Hi @GothMoth,

Could you please explain a bit more about the issue and how it happened? Were you seated at the tables and it blinked without it being your turn to act or did it blink without you being seated?

In addition we would appreciate if you could send us the following:

Poker_log.txt (C:\Users\<user>\Documents\Unibet Poker)

I've already sent the log file twice recently(for other bugs) but will send it again 😃

This happens all the time, dont even need to be registered for a game.

It still happens almost every session @Stubbe-Unibet . Now only a closed table activates it, but not every time.

Not that it's something I pay much attention to.

Hey guys. Can you confirm exactly when this happens? Is it always shortly after closing a table, or have you also experienced it several minutes after closing the last table?

@Stubbe-Unibet  I experienced this one alongside all the bugs issues tonight (21:30 - 04:00 ).

It usually starts shortly after closing a table, but last for hours, not several minutes :laugh:

Hopefully this time the log file I send contains the info needed to fix it.

The bug is present right now.

I opened the table before €10 Singularity start, but it was cancelled. Maybe this triggers it.

 

 

Tried the same with Qualifier to €25  Ticket after I restarted the client and it triggered the bug.

 

 

Will send the log from today after I finish my session.

How did you manage to open the table for a tournament that didn't have enough players to run? Haven't been able to reproduce it by registering to a tournament that gets cancelled, and I can't open the table if the tournament doesn't run.

@Stubbe-Unibet  just 1-2min. before the MTT is about to start you can open the table even if there are only two people. In the tourney lobby wait for the "open table" to become active(white).

1 min before the tournament will cancel and thought the table wouldn't be created before this. Will test again tonight, but I doubt this is the cause of the previously reported issues, given how difficult it is to even reproduce it.

Just tested it although haven't regged another MTT, but still the it triggered it after regged one few minutes after.

While you are on this case @Stubbe-Unibet,can you tell me how many seconds we have,before tournament starts,to unregister if we decide not to play?

We haven't been able to do much about this one. I've tried several times but simply can't reproduce it. I don't manage to open a table of a cancelled tournament - not sure this bug is worth spending more time on tbh, given how rare it'll be that someone manually opens a table of a MTT that's about to get cancelled (and as I said I can't even reproduce it).

I haven't been able to get the icon flashing for more than 10 or so seconds (in cases where it shouldn't).

Declining this one due to above mentioned reason and the fact that the redesign will have changes in this regard as well
