  1. Any reason why this has changed? 

    The attached printscreen shows the available deposit alternativet. The only one that works for me is the 1st one.

    Earlier today I deposited the minimum amount which was SEK 100 (€10) Later today I see Unibet has changed it to SEK 450 (€45).

     

    I think this will be a good reason for me to change betting company after more than 10 years of betting with Unibet. 

    The 2nd alternative on the printscreen hasn't worked the last few days. I get to my bank verification page and everything is ok. Then later I get to a page that says something like "blocked popup". All popups are allowed on my smartphone. 

    The 3rd deposit alternative is extremely tedious and slow and not anything I will use. 

    Please answer quickly. 

    I've tried the chat service but they know nothing as always.

    Now they have corrected it. But not credited the win (freebet).

  5. Seems like there are no norwegian customer representatives. Only Swedish. And the Swedish don't understand my problem at all and always refer to another promotion (even though I sent them several emails and chatted 5 times now) sending them screen shots and link to the actual promotion (See below)

    What could possibly be the problem?

    1) Why say they will answer on email when they don't?

    2) Why say there are norwegian customer representatives when there aren't?

    3) Why not just try to solve the problem in the chat instead of postponing the problem and send it to someone else who also can't answer or don't even look at what I've written/sent before?

    There is an ongoing promotion for (at least) Norwegian casino customers.

    However, when opening the game of Jingle Ways Megaways, there are no freespins available. 

    There is no requirement for receiving these freespins. Therefore I think it is weird that it doesn't show up when opening this specific Casino game. 

    Any help is greatly appreciated

  8. I'm guessing I'm not alone among Norwegian customers, but I'm curious to hear from others. 

     

    My withdrawal hasn't reached my bank account and it was 7 days ago since withdrawal. 

    I have never experienced anything like this in my many years as a customer here. 

    Apparently it is the Norwegian government's fault when I ask customer service. 

    Does this mean my winnings will never be in my bank account?

     

    Any others who have similar experience or perhaps your withdrawal have been solved?

    Have you contacted the norwegian newspapers as you wrote this tuesday?

     

    I have problem getting my withdrawal to my norwegian bank account. It is just out there in Limbo I guess. 

     

    But I guess no one at Unibet cares. 

    I have also been a members at Unibet for many many years, and this non-response from the customer service that you are experiencing is just unheard of. 

    I really thing you ought to contact the newspapers actually. 

  12. I says I got 2 new bonuses but when I click on "bonus" I find nothing. Can you please either 

    A) Give me the bonuses 

    B) Remove them so that I can receive new bonuses

     

    Also, I also got an active bonus that I don't want to be active anymore.  Remove please.

    Yesterday was a game in Iceland division 3 soccer.

     

    Aegir Thorlakshofn - Dalvík/Reynir

     

    The game was postponed, but I never got it corrected in my bet slip. It just says "waiting". 

     

    Isn't it void if not played within 12 hours?

     

    Tried contacting customer service twice but in vain.
