    Happy birthday a day late!
    I've moved your messages from 2 other threads to here. Like Ray mentioned in both of the posts, unfortunately a "birthday bonus" is not something that is given as a guarantee. Our pro active bonus system rewards players automatically based on their history with us.

    Every verification case is different. The general guideline is that a verification takes 1-3 business days to complete. Some are a lot faster and are handled within minutes, some are more complex and will require different documents and the handling time will be slightly longer. There is no way for us to give out a standard time for every verification, just general guidelines.
    I've asked around about your case and there is a request for additional documents at the moment. You should receive more information about these requests via email from our Customer Support.

    Unfortunately the bet you have made does not qualify to release the freebets. Some of the requirements are as follows:
    - Place a single £10+ bet on football, minimum odds 1/1 (2.00) or greater.
    - If you decide to place your £10+ qualifying bet on a multiple bet, each leg of the bet must have minimum odds 1/1 (2.00).
    - Bets placed on enhanced odds, profit boosts or special boosted odds of any kind will not trigger the bonus.
    - Once your qualifying £10+ bet is settled you will receive your 4 x£10 free bets.
    The good part of this is, that the bonus is still active. So you can make a qualifying bet now which will still release the freebets, just make sure they follow the criteria above.

    There is a FAQ and a Help Center before Live Chat as that eliminates a lot of questions people would otherwise contact CS for. Providing answers faster and without the hassle of contacting CS is more efficient than just having a chat. Obviously the chat option is still there if the answer is not found via Help Center. 
    Also the Community here is a place that will provide answers, by members and staff.

    This bet was placed with bonus money and after placing the bet the bonus was cancelled which then will void the winnings even when the bet shows as won.

    You can upload the photos directly to your account so they will be reviewed by the relevant department as soon as possible. You should receive an email once a document is either approved or rejected with the reason as well. Due to high number of documents we are receiving at the moment it might take a bit longer than usually.

    Unfortunately at the moment we do not offer 2 factor authentication. This is something that we have discussed and are still discussing within the office and is possibly offered in the future.
    We do offer a similar login method for certain markets that use a security token (Or banking details etc) but this is not for everyone.

    I understand that these requests might seem odd but it is due to new verification rules we have put in place. This is to make it safer (and be compliant) for the customers and for us as a company. 
    If you'll go to your verification page you'll see that the request changed slightly, but there is still a document we'll need. Unfortunately I can't go too in to detail why exactly the requests are done, but rest assured, you  are not the only one with this request.
