    Hey @Vincent2, you can cancel the bonus from your account and then the bonus amount will disappear. However to cash out you do need to wager the funds at least once. This is a standard procedure. πŸ™‚
    If you want, I can cancel the bonus as well as long as you have not started to wager it.Β

    This bet will not be voided as per T&Cs, Section C.19.7:
    7) In "Outright" or "Place" bets, no refunds will apply on those participants who do not take part for any reason, for the session/event/championship to which the offer refers to."Β 
    And this bet will be settled as lost once the race is over. :SΒ

    People quite often don't make use of the bonuses sent via email/inbox. It's extremely common actually. We're running an automated bonus system hence not giving out bonuses via chat (Or here for that matter)
    I'm not saying the system is perfect, but it does reward activity. πŸ™‚
