    The reason why the games were disabled was so those questions could be asked and answered. I can't really go in to detail about this but this is done to ensure that everything is ok. 🙂

    The money is usually refunded within a few business days in case it doesn't reach your Unibet account. This comes via the payment processor and unfortunately it's not something I can speed up. :S I would suggest to wait a few days and in case it doesn't show up then we start a process of tracking it.

    As you can see it does not prompt you to do anything via the email, but informs that you can check the amount of premium given from your account.
