Hey hope all is well with the Unibet team I was just concerned as my verification started last week and I’m not necessarily here to talk but more of a concern on my very first phone conversation. The man I spoke to was quite rude and I won’t say I had the best tone but I was being spoke over. I asked how come the verification was only asked for when I was withdrawing (don’t worry not looking to argue about that, I do understand that verifying the account is sometimes needed) he then proceeded to tell me all accounts go through verification when making their first withdrawal. I do believe if anyone has looked in to this the gambling condition clearly states “A request made by a player to withdraw funds from their account must not results in requirement for additional information if the operator could reasonably have expected to request this earlier” I was just wondering why the first man would say this? Even though he was rather rude and I’d rather listen to someone who isn’t making me feel small. Thanks in advance hope this verification process can be speedy as it is quite distressing especially with some of the reviews I’ve read. Thankfully most the reviews I have read have been paid out in the end.
