bookmind Posted February 13 Share Posted February 13 I went on live chat and explained the problem, but nothing was resolved I think my bet is set as lost due to an error, it's about cards, I bet under 5.5 in the match and at one point the referee awarded a yellow card to a player and after the VAR analysis he changed the color of the card to red, but in the system it remained as two cards by default, my bet was was given as lost. Solution Purps Posted February 13 Solution Share Posted February 13 (edited) @bookmind Unfortunately for you, they have it right On card totals bets, a direct red card counts for two cards. If a player first gets a yellow card and then a red card, it would count for three.
