This type of case is usually concluded within 24 hours, but it could take longer. Nothing to do but wait I'm afraid Check the latest poker release notes. Have a look at our poker promotions. The poker review should at least be finished by now (I can't see the specific case), so now it's probably with the "regular" player safety team.
