Won Bucharest package but no e-mail yet

Last week I won the package for Bucharest. Full week has passed (so more than 3 working days), but still haven't been contacted. Already checked spam-folder.
Now what? Wait little longer? 🙂

I completed the form - i think on August 22st - but didn't get any confirmation.
Can you confirm everything is all right?

Already e-mailed the Unibet.Open@ mail address a few weeks ago with the same question, but no reply.

@Jeffrey80, if you completed the form and got the confirmation screen, that's all the confirmation you'll get. That is of course unless you email the UO mail, in which case you obviously should get an answer.

I can check with the team if we can send confirmation emails to everyone.
