Cashgame Ticket expired

hey unibet folks.

a cashgame ticket with a good profit expired because i mixed up some dates. any  chance i could get it reactivated?

It is not possible to reactivate cash game ticket with the same value as when they expired in the backoffice. 

I've added 2 tickets to your account that roughly match what you had on the first one.

is there a chance to reactivate my cash game tickets which expired 2 weeks ago (or add new ones).

I wonder why nobody did this for me.

Hi @mp,

In general we don't revive expired tickets unless there is a valid reason to. If we were always going to revive them all the time for all players we just wouldn't put an expiry on them :)

Thank you very much, @Andy-Unibet . The reason is the new software confused me a little as you can't see all tickets at once, anymore.

So, how about the winnings I had on those tickets?

Unfortunately we cannot reinstate the exact values of expired tickets.
