I placed a bet of 11€ last week so i could enter the betting freeroll today , but today i get the message that i don't require the criteria

In this case you can post the bet ID of the bet and for sure somebody from Unibet will credit it if everything it's ok. Put I must say it's strange, I receive instantly when I place the qualifying bet.

Maybe you already played freeroll last thursday? You get one ticket if you make bet between tuesday-thursday and another if you place bet friday-monday, no more. And bet min stake has to be 10€, several bets with lower stake don't do the trick.

Ow that may be the case i thought it was just a Weekly tournament so i didnt check.
