@Shakuni It's not possible to download hand histories, you can only see it in the client. We don't want anyone to be able to import it to 3rd party tools since it's forbidden.

We are planning to have anonymous hand histories to be able to download in the future though but this is not going to happen anytime soon.

The hand history hasn't been working for me in the past week; it doesn't show any hands at all no matter which date I choose. Has anyone else had the same problem?
