They do it mostly when a club maybe playing 2 matches in a day. So the Millwall first team may have played same day etc or next day and IX could be 5 reserve players, 5 U23 and maybe one senior player. IX played on the 26th, first team on the 27th. But prices/odds would have reflected the correct team anyway.
