Hello!
I had a winning ticket today but I didn't get £ 35.62! Why?
That was my first bet with Unibet. I'm disappointed!  Who can help?

Hi @Gergely, welcome to the Community :)

I see this was already clarified by one of our colleagues on Live Chat. What basically happened is that the bet was placed out of Bonus Money and the Bonus was canceled before the wagering was completed. Basically deleting the Bonus Money. Let us know if any clarification is still needed and I'll mark this as solved as it has already been addressed and fixed.
