I'm sorry to hear about the troubles regarding your bonus round, it's a rare error but I've seen it once or twice. We would be happy to have a closer look at this and conclude that if the Bonus round successfully finished in the backend, and if there's anything we still need to fix. Would you be able to perhaps provide us with with an exact time when this error happened and the name of the slot?
