I won 16 something euros and it didn't raise my balance.

It was with bonus games and now I can't enter that game anymore.

Help!

It sounds to me like a stuck bonus round although we would need to have a closer look at this in order to confirm it.

Could you please leave the name of the Slot game you were playing and the exact time when this happened? Based on this we would be able to investigate. Sorry about the inconvenience caused, I'll make sure to chase this down for you as soon as the info above is received.
