Joined the site for the welcome offer and placed my £40 free bet on a horse and lost but the £40 free hasn’t been refunded

The Risk Free Bet offer activated today is counting only the first bet placed after the offer is activated. Your first bet after the activation was placed at 07/05/2019 , 13:21 in the value of 5 pounds and it got refunded as soon as it was lost at 07/05/2019 , 13:26.
The £40 only get refunded if you place a  £40 bet. Let us know if you have additional questions.

1)Eligibility to receive the bonus:

This offer is available to:

-New customers only

-Aged 18 years or older.

-Located in United Kingdom

2)Using the Money Back Offer

-Place a Racing bet of minimum £1 with odds 2/5 (1.40) or greater.

-If your Racing bet wins, you have completed the bonus, you receive your winnings and your stake.

-If your Racing bet loses, you will receive your stake back up to a maximum of £40.

- Only the first settled Racing bet of up to £40 in a System bet, or an E/W bet, will be eligible for a refund.

3)Wagering the bonus money:

You cannot withdraw your bonus money until you’ve completed the bonus (or if you’ve cancelled it or if it has expired)

-If you received £40 bonus money you need to bet £120 to complete the bonus conditions.

-Sportsbook bets will count towards the total once they’ve been settled. Only bets with odds of 2/5 (1.40) or greater will count. Only bets settled within the bonus validity period of 30 days will count.

- Cashed out bets will not count towards the wagering requirement.

Casino, Live Casino Slots and Games: Bet your bonus 25x

-If you received £40 bonus money you need to bet £1000 to complete the bonus conditions. Table Games and Video Poker only count 10% towards the bonus so if you play for £10 it will contribute £1.

-It doesn't matter if you win or lose, every bet contributes towards your bonus.

4) Using the £10 Casino Bonus:

- Your £10 casino bonus will be credited to your account the next working day after you make your first deposit.

- The bonus money must be wagered thirty-five (35) times on casino products before any bonus funds or winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
