Monopoly live - just when we hit a bonus my bet got rejected??

I played like 100 Spins on monopoly live and when we finally hit a bonus my bet got rejected?? How is this even possible? I got just a message saying bets declined temporary problem with server. Everyone else seemed to get their bets through but me ..

Hi @jamitze, welcome to the Community :)

Sorry to hear about the trouble, personally I had a look at today's play log and wasn't able to find a rejected bet, however I don't have access to the system to be able to check this in depth for you. What we can do is send a specific round to be analyzed by our provider and in order to do that we would need you to have a look at your casino history in the link below and help us pinpoint the exact round where a disconnection or an error happened. https://www.unibet.com/myaccount/mygamingactivity/casinoactivity

Once that's done, I'll be sure to have our provider investigate this and advise us on it.

It was round after 5535890477223843641 looking in by my casino history if I'm not mistaken. (so 5535890477223843642?)

It was a monopoly live round with 4 rolls bonus I missed due to this incident. I got a message saying "Panokset hylättiin. Pelipalvelimessa on tilapäinen ongelma." in finnish which is translated to to something like "Bets forfeited. Temporary problem with the game server."

and time was around 17:00 (14:00 on casino)

Also was disconnected from server for like 2 seconds when this happened, I was playing bonanza at the same time and that was still playing fine on background so I don't think it was my internet either?

Thank you for the accurate answer and for the time you spent investigating this @jamitze. It's highly appreciated! :) I've sent the round and all the info to be checked by our provider. I'll get back to you as soon as an answer is received.

Quick update jamitzee, our provider had a look at the round in question and they found an error on your internet provider's side, resulting in your bet being rejected.

This happens when there is a fluctuation on the service provider's side, no money was taken out of the account to place the bet either.
