Where did my money disappear??

I placed a bet of 185 kr. But tje dealer on roulette table waited 5 minutes before she spinn.  In the end my screen said bet error. Bets not acccepted. And my chips disappeared from the numbers. I went back ro my account but money never came back. I relogg in to male shure may be it eill come back after i refresh the account but unfortunately it did not. When i went to the bet history it shows somthing completely different. It show i plat . 130 kr one bet and 55 kr another bet. Which is not true at all. I am going to attached screen shot of my transaction. To give you exact idea about the time.  NOTE. i never get to play any bet neither i saw any spinn but my money disappear.

Hi @Sheikhjee, welcome to the Community and thank you for contacting us with this issue. I've pinpointed the exact transaction and sent them to be verified and returned by our provider. As soon as an answer is received, I'll be sure to let you know here in this thread.

@Sheikhjee, We've received an answer from our provider and based on their loga no iregularities were found, the above mentioned 2 bets were succesfully placed from:

• 1st game round 3/12/2019 7:02:37 PM To: 3/12/2019 7:03:27 PM (Round ID: 1552417357578
  Wager: 55.00 NOK
• 2nd game round: From: 3/12/2019 7:03:32 PM To: 3/12/2019 7:04:19 PM Round ID: 1552417412100 
   Wager: 130.00 NOK

I've sent an e-mail with this information to our in house Casino expert for confirmation but it seems that the rounds in question processed without any issue . I'll get back to you as soon as I've received an answer from him.

Update: Based on the information received from our Casino expert as well, I can confirm with certitude @Sheikhjee that no technical errors were found in the above mentioned rounds.
