Could you please specify the time frame and if you can find it, the hand ID (or at least your hole cards).

Were you displayed in the high hand widget as winner?

I need a little bit more details to investigate further.

How would I go about this? Unibet client doesn't really have any options for this as far as I know..

 

I think it was around 21.30 PM Belgian time yesterday.

 

It was a 7 high straight flush I believe, sn was Technogriet and it was 100NL

I checked all hands between 9.20-9.40 and couldn't find it.

During the high hand promotion the winners are being announced every 20 minutes and you would see your name in the list if you won.

Is it possible that someone had an even higher hand in that time frame?

You can check your last 500 hands / 30 days under history in your profile.

If you can provide the hand, that would be useful.

I can't see any issues with the payouts of the promotion so far, so I would need more details, to be able to investigate further.
