Leth
I had Rasmus Lauge to score over 4,5 goals in the final. Why is this marked as lost?If you see the match he scored 5 goals in the following minutes..5' 3-3 22' 12-8 24' 13-8 30' 18-11 41' 22-
JeppeL
Hi @Leth and sorry for the slow reply!Unfortunately it seems that the correct number of goals scored by Lauge was 4 and therefore the bet is settled correctly. It's indicated on the official statistics page here: https://competition.ihf.info/competitions/men039s-world-championships/308/2019-ihf-men039s-world-championship/147/match-center/256 which has full stats for the match. All the best,/Jeppe Former Community Manager
Leth
Hi @JeppeLThat is simply not correct. The goal scored in 24' was Lauge and not Svan as they say.If you see the match, you will see, that no. 11 (Lauge) scores the goal.Flashscore also says that he scored 5. https://www.flashscore.dk/kamp/OrkqIjPE/#opstilling;1 / Michael

The problem with that though, is that when a bet is settled from the official reports, it's settled towards both sides for all players - so all players who had bet on the under of 4.5 were paid out accordingly.I'll get back to you soon as we hear from the sportsbook!/Jeppe Former Community Manager

JeppeL
@Leth You're right that it's not correct, but it's how the IHF has it registered in their official match report, and as the sportsbook has mentioned for us: we have to settle based on official reports as they're by far the most reliable and fastest information atainable. When the bets are settled from those reports, we pay out all winners on that basis and it's also why we have to maintain this standard. For me to have your bet changed to a winner, the official report has to change and we have seen players earlier get in touch with the IHF to have them correct the mistakes in the official report, as this isn't the first of these errors that we've seen in this championship. This is their contact information: http://www.ihf.info/TheIHF/ContactUs/tabid/162/Default.aspx - I'll send them an email as well mentioning their mistake./Jeppe Former Community Manager
