Hi @Stezza, welcome to the Community :) Sorry for the late reply first of all.

You placed a bet on the offer "Top Batsman 1st Innings", which considers the performance of players from both teams. The outcome "Hetmyer, Shimron (West Indies)" was correctly settled as winning as he scored 81 runs in the 1st innings - Jennings, Keaton (England) only scored 17.
