Hi,

 

Some time ago i placed a 4 way bet with a promition of unibet. If one of your bets was wrong you should get your money back. I haven't received this yet. Can you guys check this?

Hi @Badeend, welcome to the Community :)

I see a payout of that promotion which happened 15/12/2018, 11:47 AM, you can have a look at your account history as well if you'd like. Isn't that the missing payout that you are awaiting?

If not, a screenshot of the 4 way bet that you placed would be appreciated in investigating this further.
