Skedsmogutt
I placed a Competition bet on Eisenbichler before the Qualification Round. He was disqualified in the Qual, meaning he is no longer in the competition - the duel no longer exists. Shouldn't the bet be void (1.00)...? RayL
Hi @Skedsmogutt, welcome to the Community. We would be happy to forward your bet to be checked by our traders, in order to forward this to them we would need a coupon ID which is found in your betting history in the top right corner of your betslip. Leave it below and we'll get to work :) Former Community Moderator
Skedsmogutt
1727460872I lost on the other duel in the coupon, so it wouldn't have made a difference for this bet, but it'd be nice to know why the duel was considered lost as opposed to annulled (1.00).Best regards G
Solution RayL Posted January 18, 2019 Solution Share Posted January 18, 2019 Just received an answer on the bet @Skedsmogutt, this is always covered by our rule under B.5.11:"When placing "Outright" or "Place" bets, no stakes will be refunded on participants/outcomes that are not participating or withdrawing from an event (both prior and during), unless otherwise stated. Unibet reserves the right, at its own discretion, to apply Tattersalls Rule 4, as explained in <Section B, Para 6>, on any competition and this will be stated in correlation to the bet offer and/or the relevant Sportspecific rule."Do let us know if there is anymore clarification needed./Ray Former Community Moderator
