Unibet software not working on old win?

Hi Team,

my friend tried to install the sowtware on his old PC, however received the below error.

Is there a way to have the app installed on his pc?

Hi,

if you receive an error message like this, it means that the system is outdated and not supported.

We support Windows 7 and 10 and you need to have a minimum requirement on graphic cards and some other conditions as well, which might change.

In this case however it's clear and there is not much we can do from our side, best would be to play in browser in that case.

could you please send us a screenshot of the first two tabs of the dxdiag of the computer?

Windows: Run dxdiag and take a screenshot of the first tab and the display tab of the report.

Will have a look if the system is really outdated or possibly some other issue.
