Unresolved multiple bet

I placed a multiple bet on the Cheltenham races yesterday but for some reason the bet is still "open" and not "settled".

There may be a little confusion because of R4 etc but surely this would be resolved by now.

I see that the bet was adjusted manually in the meantime. Thanks for attracting our attention to it.
