Unibet saldo is not in the poker app

Just startes a Unibet acconut, to play poker.

30 euros to the accont. Then i needed to download the app, so i did

But the money i paid is not in the app game, how do the money tranfer to the app?

Hi @Oline5! The reason for this is that you have an active bonus which your deposit is connected to, that bonus money can be used for most products, but unfortunately no Poker which runs on it's own seperate bonus system. There are a few possible solutions to this:

1. You can finish the turnover requirements of the already active bonus, once that's done all money on your account will be availble in the Poker client as well.

2. If you want to keep the bonus you already have but also want to play some poker, you can alternatively do another deposit, that money would not be connected to your active bonus and would therefore be availble in the Poker client.

3. You can cancel the active bonus and lose the bonus money from it, but the remaining would be available in the Poker client immediately.

@LookASAS Seems like you solved yours already :)
