RayL
Hi @Salonen, Welcome to the Community :) I wouldn't be able to confirm 100% that this is the case with one of your bets until I actually have a look at it and ask for more information from the Sportsbook team but I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that we are talking about a Tennis player that didn't start the match and you have placed a bet on it. If this is the case, the 36 hour rule applies which means that that if the match is not played within 36 hours of the original starting date, your bet will be voided. Now if this is not the case I would be more than happy to have a closer look and advise you accordingly, I would only need the Coupon ID of the bet in question which you will find in your Sport bets history in the top left corner of your bet. Let us know a bit more in detail. /Ray Former Community Moderator
LuckyLisbeth
He means Jimmy Vicaut in European Championships 100m run. I have the same that I placed a bet for Vicaut winning and Vicaut did not start the final and my bet is also lost, though in my opinion it should be voided. RayL
@LuckyLisbeth the answer was in the title and I totally missed it :( Thanks for clarifying that, and apologies for looking like an amateur. I've inquired now about what is supposed to happen in this case and keep my eyes peeled for an answer.I'll let you guys know here in this thread as soon as I have the desired info. Update: In this case I'm afraid that Section B, Rule 5.11 of Terms and Conditions, apply: "When placing "Outright" or "Place" bets, no stakes will be refunded on participants/outcomes that are not participating or withdrawing from an event (both prior and during), unless otherwise stated (...)". /Ray Former Community Moderator
