I have that same problem. Also before that I was playing poker and when i closed tables moneys from tables did not appear in my account balance, but just disappeared. And when I tried to rebuut the software I got that same error message.

When I closed poker tables money in the tables did not come to my account but just disappear. And now I cant even log in to my poker software. WTF is this?!?

I got betting a free ticket for that 500 poker game from which I won 2 Omaha cash tickets. many hands need to play that they get themselves cash what is it? I can not find any information.
