  1. Well 7 days passed & I’ve lost whatever I would have won from the 12 spins ?? The game was stuck & I tried everything & was told they were looking into the problem?? I’ve heard nothing ? Came back today hoping something might have been resolved no message ? Tried the game in question & it’s no longer stuck on my game it says not enough credit to play? So basically I’ve lost 😡? I’m absolutely gutted as this has drove me mad for a full week only to be ignored & not even offered a refund or another game ?
  2. I have had a game stuck in time (Astracat deluxe) since last Friday ? I won the sky wheel feature it landed on bonus , took me back to play screen 12 free spins was my bonus ,? & bang “error in sequence of messages please reload ? I have tried everything the game is in a groundhog state? I’ve opened this soo many times , game replays - sky wheel- bonus ..? Wall . No answer from chat ? Sent screenshots have video clip ? Have been told 7 days till site refreshes? Tomorrow in my case & they can’t guarentee I won’t lose all info on my un played game/bonus ? can anyone help with this error please “error in sequence of messages please reload “???? thank you
