mentaken Posted November 19, 2018 Share Posted November 19, 2018 After my account was hacked and the hacker was colluding with his partner at a poker table to cash out my money, my poker account was blocked for safety reasons. One year later, I still can't play poker, even after contacting support several times and my account was unblocked. Not in the browser, not in the desktop software. What is the problem here? I have contacted out Poker Provider now as it seems that the blocks are still present in their systems.
