We would be happy to have a closer look at this for you if the issue persists. Before we do that, can you pleas make sure that you delete the app and download it again? It's also important to allow the app to refresh it's software as if it's outdated it might result in such errors. If you've followed the steps afore mentioned and the issue persists, we will of course inform our devs over this. All we would need are the specs of your device, the app version you are using and a screenshot of the error.
