He will have to play poker to get bonus points and keep advancing the bonus bar, portions of which will be released gradually. Unfortunately a bankroll of 57 cents is unlikely to be enough to play the amount needed to get some bonus as he could only play freerolls or a couple of nano tournaments at most, it's not even enough for a minimum buy in to a cash game, so he may have to deposit something to be able to start gaining bonus points unless very lucky. If he can keep that cash ticket going and see enough flops the money will be released as cash into the account so that would be a good start.
