  1. Same problem as the person who created the thread, so people who didn’t break the rules get priority but if they didn’t break the rules then their case should be handled in some hours. Your whole staff must be like 6 people in some basement because normally the more complex cases should get priority since they’re more COMPLEX but in your company it takes a week for your colleagues to realise the name on the bank card and the name on the ID match together. I understand it’s your job to defend your colleagues and in a way I respect you for it but you really are shameless with the “ positive cases get sorted quickly and they don’t post it on the forum” which you post on almost every thread since 1800. It’s normal they get sorted if everything is okay, basically you want merits for solving the easy cases but the more complex ones get left behind to wait for months and your excuse it’s that they’re complex!! There’s a certain number of problems that can happened in this site, I’m sure everyone from your company knows how each case will end up as they have countless cases. If you solve one third party case, what in the world is stopping you from solving the others. But let me guess, each case is a bit more complex, not complex enough for you to take our money and spin us around for months trying to claim the money we won. Because oddly enough you only request these types of verification when the player wins, if you lose you can play for years and no one will even ask you for the passport but as soon as your account turn positive you need to ask your grandma for her high school diploma because the case is very complex.

After many months still I haven’t solved anything, 5500 € on hold, account blocked, no communication even in the form of “you will not get your money back”, just asking for documents which make no sense. I have sent the verification team a full bank document which clearly states all my info and all my cards info, and after all these months they ask me for a pdf of just one transaction I made to Unibet ( surely nothing to explain why they would need this) I’m sure tomorrow they will ask me for my grandma high school diploma. To anyone who can be lucky enough to read this thread, I really don’t recommend using this site even though their game odds are relatively good, boost is nice but what is the point if when you win big they will not let you claim it. THIS IS WHY WE PLAY! If not letting you claim it is not enough, they will also block your account so you can’t even play and bore you to death with the most random documents verification. @Jami-Unibet is there the slightest chance this will be sorted in the near future ( near future refers to weeks, not 13 months like the other guy on the thread) or am I living in a dreamworld? The verification team has all the facts, still they refuse to give any insight as to at least which direction is this situation going.

  5. I have some winnings on pause for no reason, I was using unibet for 3 years now and as soon as I win a relatively big amount for me they ask for all my documents. I understand my case is a tricky one but reading all these verification problems it really makes me super worried, I don’t want this case going for a month or more. It’s really surprising as until you lose they don’t have a single problem with you, it’s only when you start winning they start with suspending accounts
