    Looking at the Profit Boost in question it seems to have expired in the meantime however it was indeed active at the time you placed the bet. The issue here was that it was intended for Prematch bets, not Live ones, which is why it didn't appear on the live selection that you had on your betslip.

Upon further checking, we have confirmed that Silva de Goes, Rodrygo scored a goal at minute 53' , however, he was not awarded an assist by the official report of UEFA for the goal at minute 64' as it was not considered as ball pass, therefore, customer's bet has been correctly settled as lost.

    The F1 license popup and subsequently players not being able to click the "Accept" button was affected by some technical issues that we had yesterday, however players reported this being fixed now and confirmed that everything is back to normal. Can you please try again and let us know if this persists for you?

    The Bonus seems to be active on your account however you haven't placed an eligible bet since it was activated. Needless to say, the one placed before you activated the bonus doesn't count. Your next eligible bet should be registered though once placed.

    Scratched my head a bit over this but I think I cracked it. The reason the VISA withdrawal option didn't trigger is because the first option was used when the second "Revolut" depositing method should have been used to deposit as seen below:


    Now at the moment I'm unable to fix this as only a new deposit can unlock this for you but whenever you decide to initiate a new payment, please make sure that you use the Revolut link, it should solve the issue.

    I can understand that you feel a bit frustrated with the verification times and you're not wrong in saying that a larger amount that was initiated for withdrawal was what initiated the verification. However, it's nothing malicious in nature, although I get why it seems that way. It's tied to European laws and Anti Money Laundering regulations which in turn are in place to help us provide a safe and secure environment for all of our players.     Hi @Matti84, the reason of this verification loop was due to the use of a VPN when trying to log in or deposit. The security system blocks you in such cases as we're not legally able to operate in the US. Anyways, your account is unblocked and please make sure to disconnect the VPN whenever you log in to the site.

    Hi @Renato30, Thank you for the documents, first of all, the one received on the 4th seems to have done the trick and by prioritizing your verification today, we've successfully verified your account. Sorry you had to wait longer than expected though, whenever a "back and forth" like this occurs where some documents sent are not eligible it takes time until you get to provide another document, after that it takes time again until it's verified...etc. Anyways, I'm happy we brought this to a positive resolution, thank you for your patience and good luck to you.

    The amounts lost or won on Unibet have nothing to do with the fact that you guys needed to verify your accounts, just thought I'll put that out there first of all.
    It's indeed unfortunate that you had to wait longer than usual, a big influx of documents paired with a verification process over your that is not your regular ID verification (which lasts from 1 to 3 days), caused this verification to be extended. In many cases, we can't request all the documents at the same time as the verification requests build on top of one another, but these are technicalities that I have to agree on being frustrating for our players, they are a security must however and most of the time none debateable.
    But to make a long story short, both of your accounts are fully verified, and your withdrawals successfully processed, apologies if you guys found this process a hassle, it was done in order to keep your accounts and money safe.
    Please let us know if there's anything we still need to address or if you have any questions.
