    We have a bet offer for over/under number of tiebreaks in match, which is offered for the large majority of ATP/WTA level matches. The line is usually 0.5 tiebreaks, i.e. will there be a tiebreak in the match or not, but in some cases involving big servers, the line will be 1.5 tiebreaks.

    Although premature to tell at this point, I see that our security department is on it and they are doing their best to have you verified as quickly as possible. I totally understand if this seems tedious and I can indeed see that you have been more than helpful in aiding this verification to go over as soon as possible, thank you for that. At the moment I can't see that there would be more document requests and we're pending some internal feedback to finalize this for you. I hate to ask for a bit more patience but this will need to run through the internal hoops before it gets approved.
    What I can do is raise the priority over your document's verification, which is now raised to it's highest priority.

    The offer that I'm able to see on your account resembling the issue explained by you above would require a player to place 4 X 5 euro bets at the minimum odds of 1.4 (1.4 / each led in case of an accumulator bet) in order to receive a 5 euro Free Bet, as seen below:

    The only bet eligible on your account seems to be the one that is currently pending to be settled and as soon as all matches finished the counter will show 1/4. From this point on you will have to place another 3 eligible bets in order to unlock the Free Bet.

    The reason the fifth card was not counted is that it was awarded in extra time in 90+6 minute. The "Full Time" bets only cover the 90 minutes if the match.

    There seems to be some confusion regarding the name registered on the account and the name implemented when withdrawing which caused some extra verification. What would be needed to clarify this is a photo of your ID, the upload link is created in your account now. If you feel like it, you can PM me again with an explanation over why there is a discrepancy between the two names used.

    Although we strive to have a broad betting option on all games, that is not always possible. I've checked now and the option seems to be available on some matches, but as mentioned, we can't guarantee they will always be available on all games.
