Unfortunately, the app still doesn't work.

I can only play poker if
1. I turn on the VPN while Unibet loads and log in
2. I turn off the VPN and start the application from the browser.

It doesn't work, it stops loading here

Unfortunately, this new client is stuck. Since the last software change, messages like this appear regularly:

"Technical error 4, please try again later."

Only exiting and restarting helps. Imagine if there are other games and competitions going on at the same time.....It's terrible.

Promotions, Loyalty.....and other such vertical menus are more difficult to manage, which is why it would be worthwhile to return the previous horizontal menu.

I don't think they help. I lost 50 or 100 spins (€5 or €10) because I accidentally clicked one when a message popped up,
  but they didn't accept my reasons about the faulty software.
There were 3 choices:
1, OK
2, I will play it later.
3, "No please".
Choice 3 shouldn't be there, because I don't think anyone on earth would intentionally refuse free spins, that they've worked hard enough for (HexaPros, Cash Games, Banzai, and Tournaments) and rightfully so.
They didn't help me and I didn't get any compensation.

Sorry Andy, but I don't believe that's what the customers asked for, maybe only in your imagination. I can only see that you don't want to help Unibet players.

1, There is a button that doesn't belong there, and it would be nice if others didn't do that, and yes, unfortunately, you can click on things in the mobile app unintentionally, this is a FACT.

2. You don't have to spin every 10 cents, because there is an auto mode in the game. You just start it and look at it later. It's that simple. It happens that after 2-3 spins you get a bonus game, with which you can achieve bigger prizes, for +150 games the basic game already pays some. Try it once.

Not disappointment, but what I worked for, and losing it like that is not a joy. If I were you, I would give some compensation to the diligent player who completes the missions, and those who do so would more easily accept the explanation that it is a software error (thanks for Relax Gaming) that cannot be modified by you; the 150 free play cannot be returned because it is part of the separate casino, but we are not the same.

There is no such thing, it's not realistic. I ask for a little more seriousness, because this is not a troll topic. That's not exactly a few cents, but 150x10cent,  which no one would throw away, and you can even win 25000x.

So the question remains: why is there a cancel button?

I think the Unibet developers overthought this. Button chaos. Another example to understand: If you win a poker tournament and a pop-up window appears asking if you want to claim the prize. What? LOL.

It's not that simple. This is a huge problem. I would have rather expected a little goodwill from the community and a push. Maybe next time you will be like this, then you will be annoyed, even more than me. You shouldn't lose what you worked so hard for. That is not fair.

 The 150 free play goes to me because I fulfilled the requirements. up to 100%. I could only have made a mistake because Unibet's system is faulty and allowed me to delete it, which could never be done. Never.

I can't find  my 150 free Money Train 3 games. It got deleted somehow, I don't know, but please give it back to me.

I don't even understand how there can be a "Delete" button there. It would be enough, the "Not now" or "Thank you later" buttons are okay.
But if you still can't restore it, I'll accept it in cash. After all, I deserve it because I worked for it. If they are 10 cent spins, then €15, when 20 cent spins, then €30.

The existing jackpot mechanic can stay as long as there are no complaints. No problem.

I understand, but....We'll see, but from what I've seen so far, at €10 there were usually 26-50 players (so almost only multi-table regulars), while at €5 Extreme it was often > 100. Maybe 2-3 hundred people played it at the same time ? It is very nice.

🙂 Sure, but I can't imagine why a well-functioning system should be developed for months. Isn't the only thing missing is the intention? And until then, the players are looking for another room, because they don't like the €10 game.

Any chance of returning the €5 Hexapro-Extreme? Occasionally or rather regularly.? I think it would be much better than €10 Extreme, which very few people play, but there was always an instant game at a €5 Extreme.

Why is the 10€ HP Extreme coming back, when the 5€ would be played by many more people? Anyway, the difference between 1 and 10 is big. Then it's better to have €5 and €10. I personally hate the €10 HP Extreme. I hope this will be the last one on Saturday.
 

The previous format was also good at €2/5 limit, it should not have been deleted.
But: - Put the HP Extreme games online again and have the game available 24/7 with the jackpot promotion. Maybe there could be an extra JP for major events like Christmas, New Years, Darts, NBA finals, NHL All-Star Game, or NFL Super Bowl, Tennis Grand Slams.......and many more.
