    Noticed you said get in touch if not resolved by Friday. 

    Unfortunately, we have reached Sunday with very little success. Please, please, please can this be sorted; I just want to get back in and enjoy a bet. 

    I don't do anything wrong within the betting world, work an honest living and don't want any drama! 

     

    I would most appreciate your assistance and apologize if I sound pushy or impatient- I do keep getting passed around though.

    Brand new here, pleased to be onboard!

     

    Basically, I've been waiting well over a week to have my account verified. The problem is I have a significant amount in there I wish to withdraw and it seems they're purposefully dragging this one out in the hope I give up 

    Like others have said I don't think it's right that they'll gladly take significant funds off you by way of deposits, but when you have a large amount ready to withdraw, all of a sudden you need verifying! Surely this should be done before you deposit?

     

    I have sent all requested statements, PayPal proof and payslips and they've Even been through my statement and asked for an explanation of some money I received off my mother!!

     

    Does anyone have any advice of what to do next? Just as I feel I've got all my docs sorted and uploaded, they suddenly ask for something else.

     

    I have been told it's been passed on to the relevant department and I'll hear back but it doesn't feel like a resolution is in sight and I'm stressed out 😱
