As your block is a couple years old, I can't see all the details, but it looks like it might have been due to some high-risk behavior of depositing and withdrawing, without playing/wagering.

Most common reason for bonus blocks is RG related. Another common reason will be multiple account links.

Cheers Stubbe. I think it was from when I would receive free spin promotions for depositing £20 on the fruities. I'd deposit £20, take the free spins, see what I won, gamble it away and then withdraw the original £20. Presumably I wasn't the sort of customer Unibet wanted. They'd prefer it if the free spins were the initial trigger to me developing a harmful fruitie habit. I get it, you profit when others lose and people with gambling issues are your dream customers, so you do what you can to facilitate that process. To justify the bonus ban by playing the money laundering card is completely disingenuous though. How does someone depositing and then withdrawing £20 every couple of months constitute 'money laundering'? And if you suspected I was a money launderer, surely you'd ban me and close my account rather than simply disable bonus promotions?

  2. I'm not @rsed to be fair, I was just wondering why my account hadn't been credited. Given I'm bonus perma banned and hence can't win anything from these free promotions, it would probably make sense to hide or disable me (and anyone else in the same boat as me) from being able to enter.

If anyone from Unibet wants to state what crime I committed, I have no issue with the information being made public as I have bugg3r all to hide.

  3. Cheers Livertool. I've just had an unusual chat with support who informed me that the security team have permanently disabled the bonuses on my account, which is why I wasn't credited with any win spins. They quoted this term at me:

Unless confirmed otherwise by Unibet in writing:

    (i) Promotions are available once only to any registered account, which shall mean no more than one bonus per user, IP address, computer device, family, residential address, telephone number, credit or debit card and/ or epayment account, e-mail address, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.);

Which I'm assuming is accusing me of multi-accounting? Someone in security has fcuked up because I only have (and have only ever had) one account.

It's no biggee, I gave up poker and sports betting years ago. I only keep this account open to put a grand national bet on for my auld fella every year.

  4. Afternoon all,

In the 5 years I've been a Unibet customer I've never had an issue with withdrawing any funds. In the past two weeks I've had two withdrawals placed 'on hold'. If I go to the verification section of my account it states 'There are no pending documents or withdrawals on hold.' I've contacted customer service twice who have basically told me to wait and keep checking my bank account. I wasn't even informed that my withdrawals were on hold. They processed as normal and I had no email to indicate there was a problem. I only realised when I noticed that they weren't showing on my bank statement. They even let me redeposit after my first withdrawal was put on hold, but then placed my subsequent withdrawal request on hold?!?!

There's clearly an issue internally at Unibet at the minute as there are a couple of recent threads relating to pending withdrawals.

The value isn't material (~£30) so I'm hardly sweating on it, but that's not the point. I just wanted to flag it as a warning to others and hopefully get an update/it flagged internally by one of the Mods.

  5. Hi,

I've won some bonus money via a slots free spin promotion. It allows me to use it for sports betting but doesn't state how much it contributes to the turnover requirement? The bonus turnover requirement as per the promotion rules is as follows:

    Bonus money turnover requirements

    ·     The bonus money can be played on all products with the exclusion of Poker and Supertoto/Superscore. However, all products contribute differently towards the wagering.

The weight contributions are the following:

    Casino 35

    Casino Live 35

    ·    All table games and all Video Poker count 10% towards the wagering. Slot games counts 100%.

Does anyone know how much sports betting contributes to the turnover requirement and is it possible to monitor how far through the bonus you are? There's a turnover balance related to casino/live casino but that remains unaffected by any sports betting.

    Cheers,
