@ReCorpH Hi is there any update on my verification? Haven't got any response after uploading everything on Saturday. Sent an email on Sunday regarding this which hasn't been answered as well.

This is the email I received.

'We require a clear digital photo of ID showing all 4 corners and edges, we also require  a clear photos of  your ID and proof of address held next to face using only thumb and index finger.'

I don't understand at all how the photos I submitted don't meet the guidelines. Besides, on the verification page, it still says 'waiting for review' and doesn't give me any option to upload new photos. I can private message you the photos I uploaded if that would be okay? This is just absurd now, every other major UK book I use has verified me within an hour.

Hi, the update was that my proof of address was accepted, and my proof of ID was not.

I resubmitted my passport photo and selfie with my passport in it.

Now:
- My proof of address has become unverified again (?)
- My proof of ID has become verified.
- My selfie with my proof of ID has become unverified (how's this possible when my ID is verified?)

Don't understand what's going on now

I submitted my documents for verification and the page https://www.unibet.co.uk/myaccount/mydetails/verifyaccount says review 'usually takes minutes', but it's been ages now and it's still not done. It's Christmas and I want to be able to withdraw my money. Anyone can help?
