I withdrawaled some money on 13th last month and still did not get them , the unibet financial department sent the money again on 30th and still nothing in my bank account . I sent 100 emails asking what is going on but not even a normal answer , they seem to lose this money somehow with an agent as they suggested but why should I as a customer take the responsibility for their mistake , 45 days and more waiting these people to do their job and they do not , I asked them to put these money in unibet account as a solution but againe nothing . The same stupid answers and humiliating.  Iam done with nasty site . I just want these money . But I can not be sure they will release it . 

If anyone read this and had the same problem and then found a way to get his /her money,  please do not keep it for your self and give me an answer.

But if you don't have any kyc pending and you have done everything by book, i suggest contacting mga or ecogra. Month is very long time for withdrawal, even if it is to norwegian customer

How by sending emails . I set only today more than 10 emails asking for this money and what did I get , nothing.

Iam waiting for 30 days now for my winning profits and I call the bank they said there is nothing . And last answer from uni bet was it is the provider , which I do not know what is that . 30 days man . Like a salary now. And they stopped even answering my e mails . It seems we are not allowed to win we can only lose . 

You do not even answer my e mails . Keep saying it is the provider , what is that . A month to get the profits . And now ypu stopped answering my emails . What should I do now , will block me or close my account.  So I do not get money.  Iam sorry I won . I did not know it is illegal to win or withdrawal that much.  

If there is any one of unibet will read this , I promise I will never win or withdrawal againe. Iam living in waiting stress fpr last three weeks because of this 13000 . I admit my winning was a mistake and will never do it againe , just release this money . I need it . Send it by western union.  Fix the provider What ever is this aman or a system . Please people . Uam pagging you . I understood my lesson . I will never will again . I did not know it is against the rules .

Iam waiting a withdrawal for more than tow weeks now,  and the funny thing that I withdrawal a smaller amount few days ago and got it the second day while still waiting for the bigger one . And I lost tow deposits and contact the customers service and again nothing,  they asked for my ID verification and few days later they confirmed it , but still waiting my money . The question is ( if for around 1000 $ I have to wait more than 2 weeks . Will I get my money if win by any chance 10000 $ or more. What now ? Is that how you trade ypur customers , by ignoring,  you are  simply asking us to leave you and start on a new website .
