I withdrawaled some money on 13th last month and still did not get them , the unibet financial department sent the money again on 30th and still nothing in my bank account . I sent 100 emails asking what is going on but not even a normal answer , they seem to lose this money somehow with an agent as they suggested but why should I as a customer take the responsibility for their mistake , 45 days and more waiting these people to do their job and they do not , I asked them to put these money in unibet account as a solution but againe nothing . The same stupid answers and humiliating. Iam done with nasty site . I just want these money . But I can not be sure they will release it . If anyone read this and had the same problem and then found a way to get his /her money, please do not keep it for your self and give me an answer.

Hello. Iam waiting a withdrawal for more than tow weeks now, and the funny thing that I withdrawal a smaller amount few days ago and got it the second day while still waiting for the bigger one . And I lost tow deposits and contact the customers service and again nothing, they asked for my ID verification and few days later they confirmed it , but still waiting my money . The question is ( if for around 1000 $ I have to wait more than 2 weeks . Will I get my money if win by any chance 10000 $ or more. What now ? Is that how you trade ypur customers , by ignoring, you are simply asking us to leave you and start on a new website .
