I warned and tagged unibet staff in a post regarding this before the bets were paid out

i clearly stated the problem with early payouts due to current media projections and that it will come back to bite them in the asses

but they didn't listen 

if you are going to host political betting, you have to be aware of the political atmosphere

the one thing that will bite them in the ass is the Principle of "reasonable doubt"

I clearly tried to say that there is obvious reasonable doubt when it comes to the projection of joe Biden but they didn't care

you can't just say beyond reasonable doubt and then not obey it, that's a fundamental law principle 

Unibet better be ready to refund all trump betters AT THE MINIMUM

Or they will be charged with fraud and ❤️♥️❤️ 

Sports betting is different than political betting

Unibet is playing it safe, if there is indeed no validity to the legal processes you still win your money so awesome, if there is fraud and Biden’s projection is wrong

algore thought he won for a bit and media was praising him as the new leader just to not end up being the winner due to Florida state flipping

there is a lot of fraud claims going in the swing states that need to be fully resolved through Supreme Court 

 

Media can’t declare a winner they can only project, you have to wait for court legal actions and potential recounts to finish

joe biden is not projected "beyond reasonable doubt" to be the winner, but yes he is currently projected to be.

 

There is still doubt that he will be the winner at the end of this, as the election process is still  going on, and trump is soon going to bring legal actions / recounts to battle states regarding fraud, so there is still reasonable doubt, we aren't 100% beyond it yet.

Unibet are playing it safe by not prematurely paying out winnings, look at the 2000 election, Al gore "won" for 30 days but ended up losing due to a legal dispute.

 

This is merely a projection with reasonable doubt for right now, the process has not ended.

when I betted I read that it will be payed out when there is no reasonable doubt about who is the president 

and if there is going to be election legal actions and fraud claims with math laws backing it and other information coming out regarding fraud that is reasonable doubt on the current projection

Court and legal action is a part of the election it's not something separate because it's the law who decides the winner not news sources

Mainstream news can only project a winner they can't actually officially declare a winner

Trumps court battles within the next weeks will be what makes it official, there tends to be re votes in primary states 

It would be a shame to pay out winnings prematurely, to just have it back fire on you if the supposed projected winner Biden did win just through fraud and trump ends up taking it back, create a lot of stress for your situation and a lot of unhappy users on your site demanding their money refunded 

 

look into benfords law, all election stats are following it except for Biden votes in major counties / battle states which screams fraud 

there is also information coming out major election software used in the battle states was giving votes meant fo trump to Biden by the tens of thousands, they still need to look into how much it really has done to all other counties using the software

take your time with paying out winnings and do research on the situation
